Open the Sync to Calendar menu in the top toolbar.
Click Configure Calendar.
Authorize: A Google popup will appear.
Click your account.
Click Advanced.
Click Go to [Project Name] (unsafe) at the bottom.
Click Allow.
Note: The "unsafe" warning just means Google hasn't paid a third party to review this private hobby script. It only accesses the data you put in this specific sheet.
Pick a Calendar: In the sidebar that appears on the right, select the calendar you want to sync to.
Pro-Tip: If you're nervous, create a new "Test" calendar in your Google Calendar settings first. You can always delete it later!
Add your event details to the Events tab.Β (Use 24-hour time!)
Select your rows in the sheet and click Capture Selected Rows in the sidebar.
Click the blue Sync Events button and watch the 'ADDED' tags appear.
Success (Green/ADDED): If the last column says ADDED, the event is in your calendar! The script will ignore these rows in the future so you don't get duplicates.
Errors (Red/ERROR): If a row shows an error, check your date or time format. Fix the mistake, delete the red "ERROR" text, and sync that row again.
Re-Syncing: Need to update an event you already added? Delete the ADDED text in the status column and click Sync again.
Maintenance: When you're done for the day, use Maintenance > Clear Events in the top menu to wipe the sheet and keep it tidy for next time.
Note: The _Config tab is hidden to keep things simple. The sidebar handles all the technical settings for you automatically!
